About the Program
Mindful Motivations is a motivational speaking, leadership, and personal development initiative under the LOT 82 brand.
Led by former University of South Carolina and NFL wide receiver Troy L. Williamson, the program combines real-life experiences, lessons from professional sports, personal challenges, family values, and the power of making intentional choices.
The message extends far beyond athletics.
Our goal is to encourage young people, student-athletes, parents, teams, schools, and communities to recognize their potential, develop confidence, embrace accountability, and understand that success begins with daily decisions.

Interactive mental-performance and personal development workshops focused on handling pressure, strengthening confidence, emotional regulation, making decisions, and responding to adversity.
The Student-Athlete Blueprint
Sessions covering academic responsibility, time management, training habits, coachability, character, leadership, and preparing for opportunities beyond high school.
Real Talk: The Next Generation
Interactive panel discussions featuring student-athletes, young adults, parents, and community voices discussing real challenges affecting today’s youth.
Life Beyond the Game
Motivational conversations focused on finding purpose, navigating life transitions, overcoming setbacks, and understanding personal worth outside an athletic identity or career.

Meet the Founder
About Troy Williamson
Troy Williamson is a former South Carolina Gamecock and NFL first-round draft pick who grew up in Petticoat Junction, South Carolina. A burn survivor, he now shares his story as a motivational speaker, husband, and father of four.
